Odd Imap problem

Hi, I have a very odd problem with outlook and IMAP folders. Its been working fine for a year but suddenly has decided to tell me I don't have the right permissions to access the imap folders. If I delete the account and re-create it, then open outlook, I can browse the folders until I close outlook down and open it back up. I have deleted all outlook profiles and associated pst files but still no luck, and have also un-installed and re-installed office.

Any ideas as to what it could be?
