Odd Finesse v.11 behavior 1

I've created a new application/script/queue in UCCX. During testing, I noticed the agent never goes into reserved or talking state - only from ready to not ready. The live data never shows a call being taken by the agent either.

Has anyone encountered this behavior before?

Also, is there a place in Finesse Admin to remove the call variables 1 - 10 that are not being used? This way the agent doesn't see them in their browser.
 
The odd behavior was caused by a 1 second wrap time on the CSQ. It was too quick. I changed it to 10 second and the talking/reserved state appeared.
