Hi All,

rls 4.5 1000m with symposium 6.

the switch deaquired 5 cdns all on it's own and then reaquired them. Immedaiately after this all of our agents were logged off. They were able to log back on.

Anyone heard of this? this is the second switch/syposium to be affected like this.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

it is possible a user/admin sets/CDN programmed/deacquired has.
Or was possibly the SWITCH link down.
Perhaps gives it refers to in eventvwr from cc6
