Odd email never arriving issue

When I send out an email to a user in France and cc a user in the US, everything is fine. When that user in France replies to the user in the US and cc's me, I do not receive the message, and no one receives an error. I only find out after the message is forwarded to me. Anyone have any ideas as to what could cause this?

Do you have a anti spam program running? That is the first place that I would check.
