I've recently taken over a Win2k domain and I'm having a problem with several laptop users, who use EFS to encrypt areas of their disks.
Despite following all the Technet guidelines after their certificates expired, I cannot get it to work with new certificates so they're having to decrypt folders before they can save anything.
On XP clients I get; "Recovery policy configured for this system contains invalid recovery policy."
On Win2k clients; "There is no valid encryption recovery policy configured for this system."
I'm completely flummoxed and any help or pointers to good URL's would be much appreciated.
Thanks
JC
