Has any one had any issues with odd characters, squares to be specific, showing up at the end of the destination in an incoming call route? I built this solution with an abby-normal amount of routes (403) and all are populated as they should be (VM:module name)when I pull a config into manager on my laptop or onto the VMPro machine. watch trace and call targets as it should but we get "welcome to ip office" instead of the "targeted" module. I beat my brains in on this for a day or so, then by chance my co-worker comes out to fill in for me, pulls a copy onto his laptop, and there's a couple squares at the end of all 403 destinations?!?!?! clear a couple of them, merge the translations back and the calls target as they should. The box is a v2 running 6.0.18, all manager copies are 6.0.18, I'm win7 ultimate x64, the vmpro is on 2008R2 x64, but his laptop is XP x86. I believe I've loaded a boogered up copy of manager on my machine and the VMPRO machine, but would really appreciate some other opinions before I make a bad problem possibly worse.

Did you import those ICR's ?
A square means a space and when there is a space then the ipo does not know what to do with it.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

I copied and pasted from an excel sheet so that could be it. But I couldn't see those characters/spaces when I pulled down the config, only when my coworker pulled it down on his laptop.
I couldn't see where I could import the ICR's, but I would love to know how if you wouldn't sharing.

You can only import a complete configuration.
Incoming call route is not an option when you use .csv
But be aware with copy pasting from excel sheets.
When there are spaces at the end then you get this kind of troubles.

So I guess I'm stuck ripping all the icr's out and re-entering them as I seem to be the only one that can't see the funkiness.... Wonder why I can't see them on my machine or the vmpro machine? Only thing I can think of is both OS's are x64.
