we have a problem with a ccr running on 2008 server. All looks ok all conections ok realtime reports ok but when you try and run a historical report it stops the sql service and the historical service and the report will not run. we have re input the printer service password and checked all the settings but it still will not work

stop all CCR services from top to bottom.

set printer discovery service as administrator on local machine,

see if printer discovery starts up ok. then stop again.

locate C:\Program Files\Avaya\IPOCCR\CCRWebClient\CCRPrinterDiscoveryService" and open it - set the password the same as the password the service parameter uses

clear all event logs, application and system.

restart all services from bottom to top.
leave it for about 3 minutes and see if it fixes

we have tryed resettig the printer discovery service and we still get the same problem. the odd thing is it all runs ok untill we run a report

I had similar problem, turned out to be the local machine password had been changed, the same password the printer discovery service used.

ps, tried changing password on service, didn't work unless I uninstall ccr and reinstall
