I am using the OdbcDataReader to walk through a set of selected records from a database. In some cases, as I'm walking through the selected set, I have a need to go back to the first record in the set.

Does anyone know of a way to reset the selected record to the first record of the selected set?

As near as I can tell, this type of a dataset is a forward, read only set.

The database that I'm connecting to only has an ODBC connection.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

The DataReader is a forward only, read only data set. I advise you to use a DataSet or a DataTable, depending on what you need (only one table or more).
