Dear community,

In an attempt to set up some reporting about service levels and KPIs, we are contemplating to retrieve data from the Remedy database. We have set up an ODBC connection, but we find that the version we have (coming with the 7.5 full client) stalls when trying to pull an incident's long description.

Q1: Do you happen to know if there is another version of the ODBC DLL that can correctly retrieve all fields of the database?

Alternately, we have been seeing another customer using MS QUERY to retrieve all data successfully, and store it in an intermediate excel table.

Q2: Do you happen to know how and from where the MS QUERY program or application can be obtained?

Thanks in advance for your insight,

solvay
