ODBC Sybase Driver Warning

when attempting to export symp data into excel, I get the following error -

[Sysbase][ODBC Sybase driver][Sybase]ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: unable to find an available protocol driver structure

The thick client is loaded and can access fine - any suggestions?

how are you exporting this data?

check the reporting and data dictionary ntp, there's a chapter in there that shows you how to access the sccs database via odbc

Found issue in sql.ini - had to put in Symp Server IP w/ port 5000 - all working great now
