ODBC SQL Server links dropping to Read Only

I have a database that I have been having problems with lately. One or more of the tables will just stop being editable. The >* new button grays out and the tables are read only. I try refreshing the links through the linked table manager and that does not resolve the issue. I have to delete the current linked table and redo the entire ODBC link from scratch for it to work.

Has anyone had any problems with this?
