I'm trying to run reports using Crystal 11, pulling data from an Access database that's not set up on a SQL server. (MP2 if anyone knows of it). I can run the report just fine but I have to enter a secure database password each time (no user ID). All I need to enter is the secure DB password and it runs. I don't see a field for this when I set up my ODBC connection though so I'm running into issues when I schedule this particular report for automatic distribution it will fail each time because it keeps asking for a user name and password. My actual login to the database doesn't work but it doesn't ask me for a secure database password? Any suggestions?
