ODBC Progress and RADIUS

Hi, i'm trying to connect a Progress Database with RADIUS, the ODBC driver is Merant 3.60 Driver v9.1b and the connection test is "succesful" but when RADIUS tries to connect it founds an error "Not response recieved"
The thing gets more strange when i tried to use openlink driver to try a connection with the Progress Database but it sends a message "Connection Timeout"
I don't know if it's an ODBC Driver error or it's RADIUS, somebody has tried this before? could someone help me?
