ODBC problem

Thought I fixed this but only works on my test server not on the live one - typical.


Running XPe FR3

Got an unusual problem - using an app Agresso Budget Manager that utilises a System DSN ODBC connection and Oracle 8i client to connect to a backend Oracle database

This runs on identical Citrix servers - on one users can connect fine using the ODBC

On the other they get this error -

'40002:S0002:[Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-00942:table or view does not exist

and the only way to make it work is to put them into the domain admins group on the server

I've checked user permissions on the appfiles, system files, environment variables and its all identical

Reinstalling the app and the ODBC doesn't work - I've tried using File\User DSN and that doesn’t work either

All other apps work fine on this server


Any ideas anyone - its driving me nuts !
