ODBC Permissions

I've an Oracle 8.1.7 ODBC Data Source on a Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server (Citrix MetaFrame).
I can access from a client this data source only by a user member of Administrators Group.
Anyone can help me?

I've had a very similar problem. I had to run regedt32 and change the permissions on the registry key.
Found no other way to do it.....

I think it was:

HKLM\Software\ODBC\ODBC.INI\(data source name)

I added Domain Users with Full Control
