Hey there,
We use the odbc driver sqlbase_212. The pc's that use odbc are all the same and the have the same odbc driver. One weird thing is on one pc we are getting this message when trying to get to the database:
Microsoft Query requires ODBC 3.0 or higher,
Microsoft Query is already running, but is not responding to Microsoft Excel. Switch to Microsoft Query and make sure that there are no dialog boxes open or that Microsoft Query is not busy retreiving data.
I'm not sure why it's doing this. We have the same odbc driver loaded and the same version of excel. Is something else causing this?
I remember this happening when I installed a later driver, but not on the one that works, sqlbase_212.
Thanks!
