ODBC error : [Oracle][ODBC]Invalid string or buffer length

I have selected a new report to create and using report expert to build the report.
When I use database button for selecting a table(MODELLING_TEAM_REPORT_BY_TERM / MODELLING_TEAM_TERM1_APPROVED )
I am getting following error : ODBC error : [Oracle][ODBC]Invalid string or buffer length

But if I use some other Tables whose names are short ,it lets me include the table.

But If I try to include the same tables on other machine which has crystal report , it allows to include the tables.

Can someone suggest.
Are there any options
