ODBC Error Invalid DateTime format

Hello,

I created a system DSN to an Access database and when I attempt to query the database I receive an error [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Invalid DateTime format on column one

How do I correct the values in the table so this doesn't happen?
