ODBC error 1157

Hi,

I'm running Windows ME. I installed Informix -CLI 2.5. My goal is to export data to Excel using ODBC.
When I try to connect to a data source I receive an error: Specified driver could not be loaded due
to system error 1157 (INFORMIX-CLI 2.5 (32 bit)).

I checked my autoexec bat. It shows:
set path C:\Progra~1\INFORMIX\bin
SET INFORMIXDIR=C:\PROGRA~1\INFORMIX

HELP!
