ODBC DRIVER not found **** urgent

i'm working with asp & oracle 8.1.5 as a database on win 2k(professional) with iis 5.0 platform.
i have created system dsn both for MS access & ORACLE.
i get the following error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified.

please get me the reason.

Have you installed the Oracle client software?

Can you do a TNSPING to your Oracle server?
