ODBC Connections

Problem:
There are 5 Databases running on a i5 (AS400)
There are 5 Usergroups. Each one connects only to 1 of the db's
example: Usergroup A connects to Database A an so on.

Now we have Windows TS 2008.
i have to config ODBC Connections that ensures, that Usergroup A can ONLY connect to DB A and so on.

Any idea?
