I need an ODBC driver for Win2K (for use with MS Access) to connect to an Informix database on an HP-UX. Any suggestions where I may find that?

Also, would this entail installing it on the Unix side of things or just in Win2K? Where can i find the documentation for this?

I'm fairly new at this and not terribly familiar with the ODBC and how it works.

Thanks.

Camelil,

Just done it with a Firebird/Interbase SQL base on Linux.

You need it only on the W2k side, not on UNIX.
Just be careful ind your DSN, use Unix path i.e.
Server: SERVER UNIX
Protocoll: TC/IP
Path: /opt/app/database.sql

...and NOT \opt\app\dabase.sql)

Your post is now 20 days old, maybe you found somewhere else this information already

Google for ODBC+Informix
