Odbc Configuration Error

Iam running Accpac 5.4 on Oracle and when I try configuring my ODBC I get the following Error.

"OraHome92 odbc driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126"

When I click OK I get the following message.

"Could not load Set-up or translator library"

Any help will be so much appreciated.

Does your Oracle login has full rights to the schemas?

Yes it does

Try reinstalling System Manager and the latest service pack.

But the system manager is not related to the ODBC Configuration
