Hello,
I have written a C# application which uses simple SQL calls through a Faircom ODBC driver. The database resides on a Windows Server 2008 R2 hard drive and the data. When this application is run on a test machine without the server it takes about 0.2 seconds to load roughly 75 records. When it is running from the server it takes 10-20 times longer to load those same 75 records. Is there any way this can be sped up? I don't know if it is a file server issue or an ODBC driver issue.
