ODBC Call failed....what does this actually mean

ODBC-- Call failed
[IBM] CLI Driver [DB2] SQL30108N A connection failed but
has been re-established. The hostname or ip address is....

What exactly does this mean, I thought it is a timeout.
 
I think it's not a DB2 timeout, but a network timeout or connection drop.

It appears that it's had problems on the network, but has resolved them and re-connected.

Does that help? There's quite a bit on the net if you Google the message code.
