odbc and Windows 2000 Professional

On Windows 98 were no problem to use ODBC Data Source and Driver with an Access 2000 Database.
I installed now Windows 2000 Professional, and I obtained the following SQL message: no Data Source and no driver. All was like by Windows 98.
What is the difference in the installing ODBC in the Windows 2000 Professional?
