After running the Compact and Repair Function in Access 2000 (successfully) the database is no longer accessible by perl script via ODBC over the internet. The database works fine in Access but when the Perl script runs is fails. I have to create a new database and import all the data for it to work again. Is this bug in Access or more likely in my code.
