ODBC [-2147467259] Error

I am getting a [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified [-2147467259] error everytime I do anything with web reporting. I did specify the SA account and password while setting this up. I am running Mixed mode security. Does anyone know what this is happening?
