I'm having a customer complaining about the fact that their 4620 phones sometimes automatically switch from 'G' on their display to 'OD'. Does anyone know what the 'O' stands for ?

Here are what all the displays mean.

D

N

P

U

This is displayed on the calling station when the called station has Do Not Disturb activated, but is not being covered by Voicemail.

V
