I have created an ActiveX control (OCX) Calendar on msAccess 97 db form.
On ActiveX control property data, I connect the calendar with date/time field by putting the field name on control source in order to get date directly from calendar. It works! the problem this "link / connection" make all database performance getting very slow (noticeably).
Once I delete the field from control source, hence "no" link. The speed getting back to normal.
