octel w/alcatel pbx voice menus

Any body know what needs to be done in a an octel voice menu to direct it to a second sub menu?I have built both menus and menus choices.I also have a trouble with reverting out to 0 from a mailbox.we had a hard drive failure and the cust had lost the operating system and backups so this facilated a complete rebuild of the vm.
