Is there a way for me to change mailbox type from voice messaging to listen only without deleting the mailbox or changing the class of service.

I have a user who got terminated and need to have his mailbox blocked from messages and change greeting to include the new number to call.

Thank you in advance.

No. You must either out the box and rebuild it as a listen only or change the COS to allow an extended absense greeting (Default COS 30).

JUST BE CAREFUL. LISTEN ONLY MAILBOXES CAN BE TRICKY ON LEAVING GREETINGS. YOU DONT DO IT THE SAME WAY AS OTHER MAILBOXES
