I am in the process of migraitng a site from a digital NEC PBX and a Octel VM system to a VoIP solution. I was told that the Octel system was used to create phone trees to simulate a IVR application. The system has 250 VM boxes and I am not sure how I can identify which mailboxes were created and is attached to another VMbox to simulate a IVR (phone Tree) call flow.
Please ask me any quesitons as I have zero knowledge on this system. I can connect to the system through telnet.
