Octel V200 Rel.S.4.1.02 & message waiting on a remote G250?

We have 2 G250's connecting to an existing Octel hanging off a Definity Rel. 10 PBX using 7405D set integration.
We can access voice mail and leave mail from inside and outside callers,however-we get no light on the phones.
Our tie method is DCS over IP trunking on these Definity's.
Can anyone provide me with some detail on how this particular Octel sends the MWI notification?Or does anyone have experience with this particular scenario?
I'm almost a virgin on Octel-FYI.

Thanks Ken- I am sending copies of the FAC fields and the station set-up where the lights are working.As you can see,there is no MW FAC's.Does the Octel use some kind of default that we need to set?

Thanks again-the Octel is using a Data Mod and we have to be able to light the MWI via FAC before we can have them change their set-up.
We are hung up on activated the MWI from the main node.We TAC the trunk-group,get a return dial tone,enter the FAC,enter the station number and get a turkey-tone.
We get a denial event of 1692-something about the receiving side not beng configures for LWC.From the remote side we can turn lights on/off via the FAC codes.
Do you have any thoughts on this?Obviously some deeper Definity program we are not aware of.
