We are installing Call Pilot to replace an Octel 350. There is little documentation on the auto attendents. I am okay with going into the Octel and documenting the menu "choices". I really would like a suggestion on how to call into the menus in the Octel and record the menus & then save as a wave file to import into Call Pilot. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can get a device that connects to the handset and records into your PC for that. I believe Radio Shack carries something that would work
