I am fairly familiar w Octel, but am working with Single Digit Menus for the first time. The SD exists, but the problem is it works during the day but not at night. I think this might be a simple as changing the shedule for COS 6 but am not sure. This Octel differes somewhat from the Single Digit setup thread posted here. Here's some pertinent info-

I wrote a goldcorn document on this subject some years ago:

How to program Auto Attendant / Single-Digit-Menues for:

OCTEL 200/300 and VMX-100.

This small course will detailed take you through how to program
Auto Attendant / Single-Digit-Menues for OCTEL 200/300 and VMX-100.

This feature is know as:
"Press one for the Sales Dept., press two for the Service...

First you should log-on and see if you have a license for this feaure:

At the @ prompt type L F and see if you have the license "SW-X0019"

If it is an VMX-100 the license will be named: SW-20019.
If it is an OCTEL-200 the license will be named: SW-40019.
If it is an OCTEL-300 the license will be named: SW-30019.

In the example the welcome greeting mailbox is in MB 4000.
Press one to be transferred to extension 5000.
Press two to be transferred to extension 7000.

At the @ prompt type U to go to the Update prompt.

Make a COS/INFO/SCH for the welcome greeting: COS=50
Make a COS/INFO/SCH for the "press one": COS=51
Make a COS/INFO/SCH for the "press two": COS=52

As the extension 5000 and 7000 NOT both end with xxx1 and xxx2,
we need to do some number conversion.
OCTEL always need a prefix (pre digits) and the digit "1" for
transferring to an extension, if you have presssed one.

We will have 55571 as number conversion to 5000 and
55572 as number conversion to 7000.
So pressing "1" converts the "1" to 55571 and in COS=51 to the
extension number 5000.

Just follow this example.

This procedure can be used to program more sub menues.
After pressing "1" there can be a sub menu saying e.g.
Press "1" for Sales Dept for Cars, Press "2" for the
sales Dept of Motor cycles...

Just follow this procedure and you will easily have
Auto Attendant / Single-Digit-Menues in your OCTEL / VMX.
