I have an Octel 250 integrated with an Opt 11 and I only have 3 ports logged in and answering.

I have tried disabling and enabling the ports in M1, but that doesn't log them in.

I seem to remember removing the line card and re-inserting it would reset the ports. I have 2 line cards in it, so my plan is to remove the card that has no ports logged in first.

I don't want to reboot this if I can avoid it, as we support this but cannot sourse parts if needed.

Any thoughts?

Use menu 4 to disable the ports by putting a o in the I colume and then update it. Then wait about a minute and goback and change it to a y. This should force them to login. It may take a few minutes to do so
