I have a Octel 300 with Seranade 4.1.0. My operators are complaining that they keep getting calls with the music on hold playing. I have indentified that the calls are being sent from the digital Octel ports connected to my G3r. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

Is it possible to trace the calls in the Octel as they happen? Do they occur at any particular time?
