Ladies/gentlemen,
Having an Octel (Aria 350) integrated with an Opt 81, I have a need for the Octel Aria 350 to send out notifications via paging, preferably to numeric or alphanumeric pagers. The problem that I have is that the users sees the port number that is calling them on their pager display. I only want the pilot number of the voice mail to show. For example, the pilot number is 3500 and it has ports 3501 to 3550 in its hunt group. So when you call 3500, the Octel answers ok, however, instead of 3500 to show up on the display so callers now that they are being paged by the Octel, they only see the port making the call which can be between 3501 to 3550. Is it possible that only 3500 shows on the digital displays regardles of which port was used for the outcalling? If so, what are the steps. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
