Octel Message Recieved

Trying to send a message across an analog Octel network..
Works no problem 23 hours a day..Does not work for approx 1 hour first thing in the morning..
CDR shows many (Incoming Call From Octel Network Node)
Sender gets a message back from Octel " message was not delievered due to technicial problem.."

PS..The Octel we are trying to send mesages to has an OAS server for EVM ..

sounds like somthing is not allowing the ports on the octel to call out for that first hour of the day is there a day night restriction in the pbx that will not let the calls go out ?

i don't think it is the octel as you are getting error messages that say it is trying but can't connect
