I maintain 2 separate Octel servers. A 250 with software release 3.1 and a 350 with the same release. Menu 13.5 allows me to turn message waiting indicators on with no problem on the 350, but on the 250 I get a prompt that says mwi must be turned off. I can get no further that that. Is there a way I cvan eitther get around that or manually turn the mwi's off??

you mus be using flt a's with 7505d sets in the pbx when the system was setup the system was told to use att message waiting and you must go into the debug on the system to turn the lights off before you can turn them back on. if you need this changed it can be done but only by octel eng or us
