Octel lines wont answer

I have a Octel 250 hook up to a Nortel OPT 11 which has 8 lines for the voicemail.I check thr TN's and found that there were in LOG OUT state.I disabled the card in th OPt 11 they still wont clear.How do i reset them in the octel.

What kind of integration are you using? AMID, DMID, FLT-N ?? Also check your ACD que to verify ALOG is set to yes.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Try this - it works on some big Octels: Short the port out - like shorting the TN out (they can stay connected) the ports will log back in.

I just use a screwdriver to dead short the port - maybe 3 or 4 seconds.
