I am new to the Octel, as everyone that set it up has left the company. I believe we have a IMA/Sierra (all the docs I have say CA/Sierra however). Just recently our messages started to give the time received as "6hrs56"for 6:56am or "17hrs12" for 5:12pm. I don't exactly remember what the verbage was before but it wasn't in 'military time'. Searching through the docs, it looks like the envelope information is taken from the date/time stamp, which is currently set to Date; 04/22/08 Time: 7:56:33A. Does anyone know what would make that change, and how can I get it back to a 12 hour clock? We have customer complaints on this.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Yes,

Menu 13-10 Phrase Management. There is a field in there, Date/Time Prompting change it back to 1 and it will prompt in AM/PM
