Does anyone know if it is possible to send a message to every mailbox. I am looking for a way to send a message to everyone without having to type in each mailbox number. Is there a command??? Or a Batch file that can be created???? Any help would really be appreciated

You can use the bulletin-broadcast feature to set up bulletin mailboxes that will send messages to a large number of mailboxes.

U can use the braodcast feature or create a distribution list with the mailboxes to which u need to send a message.
