Octel - External Acces to MBX after hours

We have an Octel box running Serenade 3.0.1-2.
Users are unable to access mailboxes from out of the office after a particular time of the evening. I'm assuming this is a COS issue bit can't figure out the command.
Any ideas?

This sounds strange.

Can you make a printout and paste it here??

Do this:

Logon.
@
@u Press u for update and enter
at the . prompt write

.l user m
hereafter write the actual extension number, that has the problem.

Let's say that ext 4711 has the descirbed problem.
The COS of the 4711 is also listed.

Next command is:

.l prof and enter
COS: enter here the COS value for 4711 and enter

the prinout you can paste here in this thread.

I was correct - it is a simple problem - user error.
I had assumed the guy on site testing the system knew what they were doing.....doh!
My fault, should never assume the obvious.
