thread923-683585.
I am not able to load CDR events into the database. The decision pro 2.6 is getting the data from the octel 250 but it will not upload. Based on the logs it appears that the database may be corrupt:

09-21-2012 14:45:50 27 Reporting HTICRP Statistics database load requested.

09-21-2012 14:45:50 0 Reporting HTICRP Table had been closed or is NOT opened. bdeutil.c Line: 245 .

The last time it functioned correctly was 9/11/2012 and SUPRISE, we do not BU the C drive on this server:(

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to repair the database or replace it with a clean one? Im not too worried about the data.

Thanks

Sure you need to add a new system to the Dpro and then connect and download all of the data from the Octel like it was a new system.

You may be able to use the old data as well by moving the files to the new system but it sounds like it got to big (database wise) not sure how you are running it or any other details.

What type of PC are you using to run the Dpro on ?
