Octel Crashed

I ahev an Octel system that was subjected to a power blip and will not answer. I am unable to log in so it seems that it isn't rebooting...any ideas

We need some info on the Octel to help you.
Is it an OCTEL 100/200/250/300/350 ??
Maybe a VMX - 100?

DoKTOR...We have a 200, it seems that the config was wiped for the integration card...tech onsite but not a lot of luck so far...it's been nearly 10 hours

Need to know what type of PBX the voicemail is integrated with. Also the configuration notes are on the Avaya website.
