Greetings from Seattle,

Here is a unique lil problem that just popped up on my Sales group Callers Menu Type 32 mailbox.

Callers dial 800 number that is pointed to type 32 mailbox.
In most cases, callers are prompted to enter there option to take them to a regional sales group.
Intermittently, callers will be greeted to enter their mailbox number. This is not a option programmed into this type 32 box.

All ports are working fine with no problems.
CDR trace shows calls hitting the type 32 but no instance or clue of being prompted for mailbox number.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Thanks,

Soop

Ar eyou sure it is asking for a Mailbox number? or a password for a mailbox?

Thanks for the response Ken,

Looks like the Octel 250 is ok. After so many test calls we did find a issue with a voicemail port. Calls to our ACD group were occasionally being greeted with Open tree greeing instead of the Callers Menu greeting.
