I know Ive talked to Ken about this but was wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen or had ideas.
I am told by a user on our Octel that someone leaving him a msg (internally) was told that his mb was "full". I checked and the COS on that mb is maxed out to 30min a msg and 135msgs total for the box. At the time I checked the box the msgs were 41 and the max msg length was 25min (1 or 2). The mb size was 5hr 9min total. What cam make a Octel Aria 250 report back that a box is full? Is there any way the mailbox could be corrupt? The "event" happened yesterday 4pm-5pm or so. No one has a exact time.

You have 1 mailbox consuming 5hr and 9 minutes of memory storage.
You didn't say how many mailboxes on the system or your existing Message Space(Hours).

If that capacity is a standard COS, I'd check Menu 12 - Disk Management. I'd expect your MESSAGE SPACE is full for the entire system. Which would cause that to happen to all callers attempting to leave a message on any mailbox.
