Octel Aria 250 Serial Mismatch Error

Hi all,

I’m re-commissioning an Aria 250. When I boot the server I get an error informing me that there is a ‘Serial Mismatch’. I am unable to continue with the boot process because of this - has anyone seen this before? What do I do?

This is the boot capture showing the error:

are you sure you have a terminator on the back of the system?

If you do then it sounds like the drive you are booting from is not the drive that goes with the system.

You may need to get the eng bit turned on to get by this.
